Little Girl in White

This young lady is wearing a dress she wore in her aunt's wedding.  She is not only adorable on the outside, but the inside too.  Posing came natural as she patiently posed for each picture while her cousins ran around in the background getting dirty.

A Girl and a Guitar

It was my pleasure to photograph this beautiful young lady.  She has a talent for playing the guitar and is such a sweet girl. 

Country Boys

Two boys, cowboy boots, jeans, plaid shirts, and a lot of space, makes for two great country boys!  It was one of those days where it rained off and on and the weather cleared up just in time to snap some photos of these two handsome boys.

Fabulous Fun Family

Alright...this family was a blast to photograph!  They were easy going and care free.  They fit this saying well, "A family that plays together stays together."  They love each other and it shows!! 

A Great Joy is Coming

     I truly believe that pregnancy is beautiful.  It is a miracle that unfolds everyday and everywhere and yet each one is so unique.  The real joy is the child that is brought into this world.  The child is the gift, and the joy is for all those that get to know that child.  Oh... how I pray every child would be treasured in this way and thought of as a joy.  It was my pleasure to photograph this amazing beautiful lady and the growing miracle inside her.  This baby has already brought such joy to his family and little does he know how lucky he is to be in such a great home.

Amazing Maddy

     It doesn't take long for a child to grow and change.  Once a photo is taken, it already is a vision of the past.  Maddy and I had fun taking photos as she played at the lake and then she dressed up for more photos.  Posing came naturally for her.  She is such a beautiful little girl!

Bride To Be

     I feel so honored to capture moments of my niece Kashlynn.  When she was just a few days old, we placed her in her mama's wedding dress and captured some wonderful photos.  Now she is one year old and again we placed her in her mama's dress.  I know I will have to hold back tears if the day arrives when I might capture moments on her real wedding day.

Man on a Mission

Last Sunday I had the privilege to meet Charles.  Charles is a husband, dad of 4, one on the way, and a man on a mission.  He is creating a website for his ministry and needed some head shots and other photographs done for his website.  It was a pleasure to meet him.  I pray his ministry is blessed by God.

Why Blog?

I have given in to the urge to blog.  Why do I need a blog on top of a photography website and Facebook page?  My website is a place to view galleries, find out about portrait pricing, and contact me.  Facebook is an instant place to communicate, view some shots, and post upcoming specials and events.  This blog is a place to tell your story and show your story.  Each photo shoot I have the privilege to meet new people and photograph them.  I also want to tell a little of their story and take a moment to focus on them. I want this blog to be yours.  A place to see and read a little about you.  After all, it is a privilege for me to be a part of showing your story.
